This Add On is an Excel spreadsheet - containing a VBA Macro - and 2 Livelink LiveReports. When run, the Add On will decrypt the Livelink Permissions for each user in the provided list so that you can see what they can actually do.

To use this Add On, follow these steps :

• Import the correct LiveReport (.rep) file for the database that your Livelink instance uses.
• Run the LiveReport.
• Copy the results from the output screen - ignoring the headers.
• Paste the results into the Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, starting at cell A3.
• Press the Decode Permissions button and let the VBA Macro run.
