Louis Routhier is a developer working at Revenu Québec. Primarily a web developer, he has been working on many small developments using ASP, JScript and DHTML. Since 2003, he is almost completely dedicated to Livelink development and administration.

Also, according to Revenu Québec's orientation, he developed a solution to interface and easily customize LL search using a complex JScript object model, worked with XML/XSL and MS .NET technology.
