Development for Livelink can generally be split into the following areas :

  Standard Livelink Modules.

  Livelink API for Java, C++ and VB.
• WebLingo
  Creating Custom templates for use with new/existing Livelink modules.
• Database
  Code relating to the Livelink database that can be used with Forms, Live Reports, WebReports and the like.
• Event Scripts
  OScript snippets used in the Workflow system.
• Xlates
  Foreign Language templates for Livelink.
• Search Customisations
  OScript snippets used in the Workflow system.

In addition to this, other web technologies, such as Javascript and XML, can be used to enhance the functionality of Livelink.

This section of my site provides more information on these areas, including sample code, editorials and complete programs. The content here is provided by myself and a group of Livelink developers, who share our expertise to promote the use of Livelink and to share infomation about it for the mutual benefit of others.
